SkillSaige summarizes performance using letter grades for end users, but provides organizations access to a more detailed proficiency model that shows how those grades are calculated.
SkillSaige measures performance on a 500-point scale, with 350 serving as the standard target. These scores map to the following proficiency levels:
- Standout, or S, for 425 to 500. These are top performers who are earning strong marks across exercises.
- Advanced, or A, for 350 to 424. These learners have a solid skill set and meet or exceed expectations.
- Building, or B, for 250 to 349. These learners are likely contributing members of the team, but they have clear areas where they can continue improving.
- Concern, or C, for 0 to 249. These learners may benefit from additional support, practice, and learning opportunities.
SkillSaige’s proficiency scores are based on a structured scoring model that draws from lesson performance, practice outcomes, and evaluation data. This allows organizations to look beyond simple completion tracking and better understand how learners are developing over time.
