About SkillSaige

AI Should Make People Stronger

SkillSaige builds training software around a simple belief: AI at its best helps people do better work, not make them easier to replace. We design for better outcomes, stronger privacy, and practical human performance.

Mission

AI Should Uplift, Not Replace People

AI is a revolutionary technology, but not always in the way people think. Too many companies are rushing to replace people with AI, chasing short-term savings at the expense of long-term performance. We believe AI should make people more effective, not less essential. For us, soft-skills training is just the beginning.

Approach to AI

It's Only Part of the Solution

AI is powerful, but it's not magic. Used without structure or oversight, it can create as many issues as it solves. That's why our technology is built on a proprietary system we call the Logic Lattice. AI plays an important role in that architecture, but we also design around its limitations. This helps us get better results, use fewer tokens, lower costs for customers, and reduce unnecessary environmental impact.

Approach to Privacy

We Sell Software, Not Data

Selling user data has never been part of our business. Our systems are designed to protect customer data at every step. Even within the company, full database access is tightly limited. When outside services are used, including LLMs, inputs are anonymized by default. Privacy is not an afterthought for us, it's how we build.
