Enterprise and Institutional Support
Enterprise and Institutional Accessibility Support
For institutional and enterprise customers, SkillSaige offers stable, validated release tracks designed to support accessibility review and procurement requirements.
This release track may include:
- a WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility target for covered product areas
- a defined, lagged update channel for customers that require validation before adopting new features
- accessibility documentation, including an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR), for both initial solution rollout and each update bundle, backed by our comprehensive testing
- an escalated, accelerated remediation process for confirmed accessibility issues
- administrative guidance for configuring SkillSaige in accessibility-supportive ways
Accessibility documentation applies only to the specific SkillSaige product areas, platforms, and release versions identified in that documentation. Features outside the covered stable release, beta or experimental features, customer-authored content, third-party integrations, and public release track functionality may require separate review.

Known Limitations
SkillSaige is an evolving product. Some areas may not yet fully meet our accessibility goals, especially where features are in development, use third-party services, involve beta functionality, or contain customer-authored content. For customers that require validated accessibility and stable updates with comprehensive testing, we recommend an enterprise or institution plan which offers those featres.
When we identify accessibility barriers, we prioritize fixes based on severity, user impact, technical feasibility, and affected workflows.
Scope
Third-Party Content and Services
SkillSaige may include or link to third-party content, tools, or services. We do not fully control the accessibility of third-party systems, but we aim to choose vendors and integrations that support accessible use.
Commitment
Ongoing Commitment
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We will continue improving SkillSaige through design standards, development practices, testing, user feedback, and accessibility review.
