This page allows you to review your organization’s current plan, adjust seat usage, and manage billing details for your subscription.
The Billing tab is only visible to users with the (Owner) role.
The top of the page displays:
- The date your current billing month ends.
- Tour organization’s current seat utilization and pricing.
- The projected cost for next month, based on your current seat usage.
- Any remaining credits or grant funds that can be applied to your bill.
When the current billing month ends, your organization will be charged for the previous month’s usage. For recipients of SkillSaige’s impact grant, costs will instead be deducted from the remaining grant balance.
The lower portion of the page includes three tabs:
- Overview, which summarizes your current plan.
- Manage Seats, which allows you to increase or decrease seats and view pending changes that will take effect next month.
- Billing History, which provides a breakdown of all charges associated with your organization.
