Seats determine the maximum number of users your organization can have, across all roles. If your organization reaches its seat limit, you will need to increase the number of seats before inviting additional members.
Increasing seats takes effect immediately. Any added seats are billed on a prorated basis for the current billing month. For example, if a seat is added halfway through the month, only half of that seat’s monthly cost will be charged for that billing period.
Once a seat has been added and assigned to a member, that user can use the platform without any additional usage-based charges. Seat-based pricing makes it easier to predict costs as your organization grows.
Seats can be adjusted in just a few clicks.
- In the lower half of the Billing tab, select the Manage Seats tab.
- Click the Adjust Seats button to open a modal window.
- Enter your organization’s new seat count, up to your plan’s maximum.
- Click Continue to proceed.
- Review any warnings, then confirm the change.
