Scenes are roleplaying scenarios with one of SkillSaige’s virtual trainers.
Each scene is connected to a course. Every virtual interaction in the platform is tied to specific skills and practice goals. There is no “just chatting” scene in the app. (An organization could create that as a custom scene, but it does not exist by default.)
Scenes can be launched from several places within the course experience. The option to start a scene is usually shown near the top of the relevant screen.
If a course has multiple scenes, users can choose which one they want to run.
Some scenes may include customization options. For example, users may be able to choose a specific piece of context from a dropdown, such as the company they are interviewing with. Some scenes may also allow users to adjust the virtual trainer’s mood.
Users progress through a scene by responding to the virtual trainer. At the end of the scene, the virtual trainer will conclude the conversation and a grading screen will appear.
The grading screen provides scores across several metrics, along with an overall grade for the exchange.
