This page is only available to organizations on the Advanced plan or higher. For other plans, the tab will appear locked and cannot be accessed.
The Analytics tab provides a summary of learning activity and performance across an organization.
The Analytics tab is only visible to users with certain roles. If you cannot access it, contact someone with the Owner role and ask them to update your permissions.
The top portion of the page may include up to four tabs, depending on your subscription tier. These tabs provide different ways to explore user data.
- Overview, which provides a high-level view of current and recent activity.
- View by Learner, where individual learner performance can be reviewed and compared with others in the organization.
- Courses, which summarizes performance and activity by course.
- Deep Dive, which offers more advanced reporting and exploration features.
Overview is the default tab and provides immediate insight into the organization’s strengths and weaknesses.
At the top of the tab, users can see:
- Active users this month.
- Completed events this month, including lessons and roleplaying scenarios.
- Courses engaged with this month.
- Average organization proficiency.
The middle of the page shows a graph of average proficiency by week, along with filtering options that help users focus the results.
At the bottom of the page is the Event Log, which lists completed lessons and roleplaying scenarios. Events can be selected to view more specific details.
