I appreciate podcasts like this that provide an unfiltered look at what it means to be a founder. Starting a company is messy, and pretending otherwise does a disservice to aspiring entrepreneurs who deserve an honest picture of the experience.
It was also a great opportunity to discuss the feedback cycle that shapes our soft skills. Socially gifted people often take chances and refine those skills early in life, while those who are less comfortable with people may miss opportunities and fall further behind.
